“Kami (Pemerintah Provinsi DKI Jakarta) siap memberikan dukungan kegiatan BTN Jakarta Run ini secara penuh. Persiapkanlah dengan sebaik mungkin, jadikan lah kegiatan ini menjadi kegiatan yang bermanfaat dan positif bagi masyarakat serta menjadi contoh untuk kegiatan-kegiatan olahraga lari lain nya, dan saya berharap kegiatan ini dapat memajukan Sport Tourism di wilayah DKI Jakarta, dan memberikan kontribusi positif terutama bagi roda perekonomian masyarakat” ujar Heru.
Sekjen PB PASI Tigor Tanjung juga menyambut baik kegiatan BTN Jakarta RUN 2023 ini. Tigor berharap, dari ajang BTN Jakarta Run 2023 ini akan lahir bibit-bibit pelari atlet potensial yang mampu bersaing di kancah Internasional.
“Kami sangat mendukung dan mengapresiasi kegiatan positif ini berlangsung, dengan adanya kegiatan BTN Jakarta Run 2023 ini lah bibit-bibit atlet berpotensi dapat bertambah khusus nya di cabang olahraga lari. Sehingga Indonesia mempunyai banyak atlet-atlet berkualitas yang nanti nya akan bersaing di kancah Internasional, ” ujar Tigor.
Race Director BTN Jakarta Run 2023 Satrio Guardian menjelaskan bahwa terdapat 4 jarak yang dapat dipilih dalam kegiatan BTN Jakarta Run 2023 yaitu 5K, 10K, Half marathon, dan Marathon.
Dia menambahkan, rute yang akan ditempuh para peserta BTN Jakarta Run 2023 nantinya akan melewati bangunan-bangunan yang menjadi ikon Kota Jakarta seperti Monas, Bundaran Hotel Indonesia dan Jalan Jendral Sudirman.
