URBANCITY.CO.ID – Sebagian warga di kawasan hunian Grand Residence City menyesalkan eksekusi lahan sekitar 6.000 meter persegi di Desa Cijengkol, Kecamatan Setu, Kabupaten Bekasi, Jawa Barat tetap dilakukan Pengadilan Tinggi Cikarang, pada akhir Agustus 2023 lalu. Eksekusi lahan dilakukan guna melanjutkan pembangunan ruas Tol Cimanggis – Cibitung.
Penyesalan warga cukup beralasan. Pasalnya, beberapa rumah milik mereka terkena gusur tanpa kejelasan besaran ganti rugi yang ditawarkan PT Cimanggis Cibitung Tollways, selaku penerima kuasa pembebasan lahan oleh Kemeterian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat.
Warga mengaku terkejut karena rencana penggusuran diinformasikan dadakan. Mereka
menerima surat pemberitahuan dari Pengadilan Negeri Cikarang, tiga hari sebelum pelaksanaan eksekusi.
Hingga eksekusi dilaksanakan, antara warga dan kuasa pembebasan lahan belum ada kata sepakat prihal nilai ganti rugi. “Jangankan sepakat soal besaran ganti rugi, tawar-menawar saja belum terjadi. Lah, ini tiba-tiba langsung eksekusi,” kata salah seorang pemilik lahan di Kelurahan Cijengkol, Bekasi, Selasa, 8 Agustus 2023.
Kepala Desa Cijengkol, Kecamatan Setu, Kabupaten Bekasi, Akhmad Saefullah mengakui masih terdapat sejumlah warga termasuk PT Agung Graha Persada Utama yang mengadukan keluhan terkait pelaksanaan eksekusi lahan tersebut.
Menurutnya, secara prinsip mereka mendukung pembangunan jalan bebas hambatan sebagai Proyek Strategis Nasional. “Sebagian warga hanya ingin kejelasan prihal besaran harga ganti rugi dan pergesaran titik koordinat lahan yang dibebaskan,” katanya.
