“Sebelumnya, kami sudah berkoordinasi dengan semua pihak terkait. Eksekusi lahan untuk pembangunan jalan Tol Cimanggis – Cibitung ini memang sudah memenuhi syarat dan ketentuan hukum yang berlaku. Karenanya, pihak kepolisian berkewajiban untuk mengawal jalannya eksukusi tersebut,” ungkapnya.
Panitera Pengadilan Negeri Cikarang, Susilo Nandang Bagyo, menambahkan keputusan PN Cikarang tentang eksekusi lahan di Desa Burangkeng dan Cijengkol, Kecamatan Setu, Kabupaten Bekasi sudah sesuai dengan ketentuan hukum dan perudang-undangan yang berlaku.
Menurutnya, sampai pada batas waktu yang ditentukan bersama, tidak ada lagi keberatan yang diajukan oleh para pihak. Untuk itu, eksekusi lahan tetap dilaksanakan sesuai putusan yang telah ditandatangani oleh Ketua PN Cikarang, Eddy Daulatta Sembiring, SH, M.H.
“Meski begitu, jika ada yang masih keberatan dengan keputusan tersebut, maka kami mempersilahkan untuk mengajukan banding. Ini kami lakukan agar tidak menghambat pembangunan Proyek Strategis Nasional, yang dicanangkan oleh pemerintah pusat, melalui Kementerian Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat,” pungkas Susilo.
