Saat ini show unit Samanea tengah dalam proses pembangunan. Rumah Boulevard fase 1, tipe Mahogany, sebagai rumah 2 lantai premium pertama di kawasan Tenjo sudah terjual semua dan bertahap sudah mulai serah terima.
“Untuk fase 2, rumah Boulevard bernama Tipe Samanea, kami bekerjasama dengan bank BTN untuk mengadakan program subsidi angsuran yang kami beri label Amazing Deal, sehingga untuk 2 tahun pertama konsumen hanya perlu menyicil sejumlah Rp. 2.7 juta per bulan,” ungkapnya.
Soal target marketing sales 230 miliar yang dipatok untuk tahun ini Albert mengaku optimis dapat dicapai. Apalagi Agustus ini penjualan telah mencapai 67 persen dari target.“Melihat momentum penjualan, per akhir Agustus, kami mencapai 67 persen dari target tahunan. Kami optimis dapat mencapai target marketing sales di akhir tahun,” katanya.
