Dari jumlah itu terpilih 428 putra/putri penerima beasiswa, terdiri dari 396 penerima kategori Akademik dari hasil seleksi berdasarkan nilai akademik dan 32 penerima kategori Non Akademik dari hasil seleksi berdasarkan prestasi yang diperoleh yang berasal dari jenjang pendidikan Sekolah Dasar (SD), Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Pertama (SLTP) dan Sekolah Lanjutan Tingkat Atas (SLTA).
Secara lebih detail mereka terdiri dari 293 siswa Sekolah Dasar (SD) dengan nilai bantuan beasiswa Rp1.200.000 per anak, 70 siswa SLTP dengan nilai beasiswa Rp1.500.000 per anak, 35 siswa SLTA dengan nilai beasiswa Rp1.800.000 per anak, dan 30 siswa Perguruan Tinggi dengan nilai beasiswa Rp4.800.000 per anak.

Beasiswa Ceria tahun ini menghadirkan perbedaan dengan penyelenggaraan sebelumnya. Selain kategori Akademik, hadir pula kategori Non-Akademik yang menyasar siswa-siswa anak karyawan berprestasi di luar pendidikan formal seperti kegiatan ekstrakurikuler olahraga, seni, teknologi atau sosial.
Pada tahun ini jumlah penerima meningkat sebesar 11,46% dibandingkan tahun sebelumnya dengan total penerima program Beasiswa Ceria pada tahun 2023 hanya sebanyak 384 siswa dengan 258 siswa SD, 64 siswa SMP, 32 siswa SMA dan 30 mahasiswa.
Seremonial Penyerahan Beasiswa Ceria 2023 kali ini dihadiri oleh jajaran manajemen FIFGROUP antara lain, Human Capital, General Support, Corporate Communication, Environment Health Safety & Social Responsibility (EHSSR), dan Sustainability Director FIFGROUP, Esther Sri Harjati, Human Capital Division Head, Arlien Virginia Jonathan; dan EHSSR & Sustainability Management Department Head, Charles DW Simaremare.
