Salah satu cara yang dilakukan adalah melalui aktivitas company visit atau kunjungan perusahaan sebagai bagian dari cara kalangan akademik dalam mempelajari implementasi nyata pengetahuan yang dipelajari di perkuliahan pada perusahaan dan dunia kerja.
Seperti yang dilakukan oleh Mahasiswa Fakultas Teknologi Maju dan Multidisiplin (FTMM), Universitas Airlangga (UNAIR) yang belajar mengenai jenjang karir hingga operasional bisnis pembiayaan di PT Federal International Finance (FIFGROUP).
Sebagai salah satu perusahaan pembiayaan terbesar di Indonesia dengan jaringannya yang luas dan tersebar dari Sabang hingga Merauke, FIFGROUP menjadi perusahaan yang memiliki potensi besar dalam menghadapi sejumlah tantangan pada operasional bisnisnya.

Hal itu diungkapkan oleh Human Capital Learning and People Development Department Head FIFGROUP, Dhian Nurvita Halim, dalam sambutannya pada Senin (20/11) yang diselenggarakan di Menara FIF, Jakarta Selatan. Dhian menyebutkan bahwa FIFGROUP dengan umurnya yang sudah mencapai 34 tahun telah melalui berbagai tantangan dan rintangan besar dalam menjalankan roda bisnisnya.
“Di umur yang ke-34 pada tahun ini, FIFGROUP menjadi perusahaan yang tergolong berhasil dalam mempertahankan bisnis dan tetap bertumbuh di tengah perubahan yang terjadi. Mulai dari krisis moneter pada tahun 1998, krisis ekonomi 2008, hingga pandemi Covid-19 yang melanda pada tahun 2020 hingga 2022 lalu. Bahkan pada tahun ini, FIFGROUP memproyeksikan akan mencapai profit melampaui target Rp4 triliun,” kata Dhian.
