Dalam kesempatan itu, mahasiswa mempelajari proses bisnis FIFGROUP mulai dari marketing, pengajuan kredit, hingga prosedur penagihan dilakukan pada perusahaan pembiayaan. Mahasiswa diajarkan mengenai program-program rekrutmen yang dihadirkan, mulai dari program magang dengan branding FIFGROUP Internship and Development Program (FRIENDS), program Management Trainee yang ada, hingga beasiswa yang FIFGROUP tawarkan bagi mahasiswa setiap tahunnya.
FRIENDS merupakan program internship atau magang yang diberikan kepada mahasiswa/i tingkat akhir (semester 6-8) yang ingin mencari pengalaman bekerja secara profesional. Untuk program Management Trainee itu sendiri, FIFGROUP memiliki program Management Trainee Head Office yang ditujukan untuk pengembangan karir di kantor pusat dan Branch Management Development Program (BMDP) serta Junior Officer Development Program (JODP) yang diperuntukan untuk pimpinan di Cabang FIFGROUP.
