URBANCITY.CO.ID – Penyidik Polda Metro Jaya menjadwalkan pemeriksaan Ketua Komisi Pemberantasan Korupsi (KPK) nonaktif Firli Bahuri pada Jumat, 1 Desember 2023 mendatang.
Firli Bahuri merupakan tersangka kasus dugaan pemerasan terhadap eks Menteri Perta nian Syahrul Yasin Limpo pada hari .
“Dilakukan pemeriksaan atau permintaan keterangan terhadap FB sebagai tersangka dalam penanganan perkara a quo pada hari Jumat, 1 Desember 2023 pukul 09.00 WIB,” ujar Kabid Humas Polda Metro Jaya Kombes Pol Trunoyudo Wisnu Andiko kepada wartawan, Selasa, 28 November 2023.
Trunoyudo menuturkan, pemeriksaan terhadap Firli Bahuri rencananya akan dilaksanakan di ruang pemeriksaan Dittipidkor lantai 6 Bareskrim Polri atas surat yang dilayangkan pada hari ini Selasa 28 November 2023.

“(Pemeriksaan dilakukan) oleh penyidik gabungan Subdit Tipidkor Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya dan Dittipidkor Bareskrim Polri,” jelasnya.
Adapun penetapan tersangka terhadap Firli Bahuri itu dilakukan berdasarkan hasil gelar perkara yang dilakukan penyidik Subdit Tipidkor Ditreskrimsus Polda Metro Jaya.
Dalam kasus tersebut, Firli Bahuri menjalani pemeriksaan sebanyak dua kali di Bareskrim Polri sebagai saksi pada hari Selasa, 24 November 2023 dan Kamis, 16 November 2023.
Firli Bahuri diduga melanggar sejumlah pasal yakni Pasal 12 e atau Pasal 12 B atau Pasal 11 Undang-Undang Nomor 31 Tahun 1999 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi sebagaimana yang diubah dan ditambah dengan Undang-Undang Nomor 20 Tahun 2001 tentang Pemberantasan Tindak Pidana Korupsi Jo Pasal 65 KUHP.
