URBANCITY.CO.ID – PT Akbar Indo Makmur Stimec Tbk (AIMS), perusahaan yang bergerak di perdagangan batubara, menggelar Rapat Umum Pemegang Saham Luar Biasa (RUPSLB) 2023.
RUPSLB ini akan diadakan secara hybrid yaitu offline bertempat, di The Tribrata Darmawangsa, dan elektronik melalui video conference lewat aplikasi eASY.KSEI, yang dilakukan, pada Kamis (19/10/2023).
Dalam RUPSLB kali ini, terdapat dua agenda utama, yakni perubahan susunan direksi dan dewan komisaris perseroan. Lalu diteruskan dengan informasi terkait pembaruan data susunan pemegang saham perseroan.
Penyelenggaraan RUPSLB ini sesuai dengan aturan yang berlaku terkait Perubahan Susunan Anggota Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris yaitu Pasal 3, Pasal 8 ayat (3), Pasal 23, dan Pasal 27 POJK No. 33/POJK.04/2014 tanggal 8 Desember 2014, tentang Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris Emiten atau Perusahaan Publik (POJK 33/2014); Pasal 94 ayat (1) dan Pasal 111 (1) UUPT; Pasal 15 ayat (10) dan ayat (11), dan Pasal 18 ayat (14) dan ayat (16) AD
Dalam agenda pertama yakni perseroan bermaksud untuk meminta persetujuan untuk melakukan Perubahan Susunan Anggota Direksi dan Dewan Komisaris yang tengah menjabat saat ini, dengan jajaran Direksi dan Komisaris baru, yang akan berlaku efektif, sejak ditutupnya RUPSLB pada 19 Oktober 2023,hingga RUPS Tahunan pada 2028.
Sebagai informasi, PT Akbar Indo Makmur Stimec Tbk (AIMS), mencatatkan pendapatan usaha, sebesar Rp32,54 miliar, hingga periode 31 Desember 2022.
Anton Hidayat, Corporate Secretary AIMS mengungkapkan, jika perubahan susunan Direksi serta Dewan Komisaris ini, akan menjadi bagian penting dari perjalanan AIMS untuk terus mendorong dan mencatatkan kinerja terbaiknya serta semakin meningkatkan kepercayaan masyarakat.
