Lantaran itu, BSI berkolaborasi dengan Relawan Bakti BUMN untuk menuntaskan misi sosial dan lingkungan di Meunasah Asan, Aceh Timur. Kolaborasi itu diwujudkan dengan melepas Relawan Bakti BUMN untuk pelaksanaan kegiatan bersama masyarakat dan untuk masyarakat Desa Meunasah Asan.
Pemberangkatan tersebut dilakukan BSI bersama Kementerian BUMN secara simbolis lewat pemberian atribut Relawan Bakti BUMN di Hotel Rajawali Lhokseumawe, Senin, 14 Agustus 2023.
Program Bakti BUMN Meunasah Asan, Aceh Timur ini diikuti oleh total sepuluh relawan yang berasal dari BUMN di seluruh Indonesia dan sebelumnya telah diseleksi oleh Kementerian BUMN.
Relawan yang lolos seleksi dari BUMN itu nantinya akan mengadakan berbagai kegiatan dari 15 – 17 Agustus 2023 dalam tiga bidang yaitu pendidikan, Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM), dan lingkungan hidup.
“Kolaborasi lewat program Relawan Bakti BUMN Batch IV ini merupakan wujud sahabat sosial dalam bentuk dukungan komitmen BSI untuk memberikan kontribusi terbaik bagi masyarakat dan negeri,” kata Wisnu Sunandar, Regional CEO BSI Region 1 Aceh.
Menurutnya, program ini dapat memberikan pengalaman baru kepada para insan BUMN dalam mengetahui persoalan yang terjadi di tengah masyarakat Aceh, serta memberikan berbagai solusi bagi persoalan yang terjadi, khususnya di Desa Meunasah Asan, Kecamatan Madat, Aceh Timur.
