URBANCITY.CO.ID – PT Bank Muamalat Indonesia Tbk memimpin pembiayaan sindikasi kepada PT INKA (Persero) senilai total Rp2,5 triliun.
Peserta lain dalam sindikasi ini adalah PT Bank KB Bukopin Tbk, PT Bank ICBC Indonesia, PT Bank Aceh Syariah, dan PT Bank Jabar Banten Syariah.
Seremoni penandatanganan kerja sama ini dilaksanakan pada Senin, 6 November 2023 di Muamalat Tower, Jakarta.
Dalam kesempatan itu, hadir Direktur Utama Bank Muamalat Indra Falatehan didampingi SEVP Enterprise Banking Bank Muamalat Irvan Y. Noor; Direktur Keuangan, SDM, dan Manajemen Risiko PT INKA (Persero) Andy Budiman, serta jajaran direksi bank-bank peserta sindikasi.

Indra mengatakan, pembiayaan ini merupakan perjanjian sindikasi hybrid yang melibatkan bank syariah dan bank konvensional. Dalam sindikasi ini, Bank Muamalat bertindak sebagai Mandated Lead Arranger (MLA).
Pembiayaan akan disalurkan sebagai modal kerja pengadaan 612 Unit Kereta New Generation untuk Program Replacement Tahun 2023-2026.
Pembiayaan sindikasi PT INKA (Persero) ini menunjukkan komitmen Bank Muamalat dalam mendukung pembangunan nasional, khususnya di sektor transportasi massal.
“Kami yakin bergabungnya kami dalam pembiayaan ini semakin meningkatkan kepercayaan pasar terhadap Bank Muamalat sekaligus memperkuat portofolio di segmen pembiayaan korporasi,” ujarnya.

Sebagai informasi, pada sembilan bulan pertama tahun 2023, Bank Muamalat mencatatkan kinerja yang positif. Laba sebelum pajak pionir bank syariah di Tanah Air ini tumbuh 90,7% year on year (yoy) dari Rp40,5 miliar per 30 September 2022 menjadi Rp77,3 miliar per 30 September 2023.
