“Guna menutupi transaksi tersebut, maka pelaku ini menggunakan pola transaksi diluar mekanisme yang ditetapkan Antam, sehingga Antam tak bisa mengontrol keluar masuknya logam mulia dan uang yang ditransaksikan,” papar Kuntadi.
Akibat adanya selisih, para pelaku selanjutnya membuat surat yang diduga palsu yang pada pokoknya menyatakan seolah bahwa benar transaksi telah dilakukan dan benar Antam menyerahkan logam mulia.
“Akibatnya jumlah uang yang diberikan tersangka dan yang diserahkan Antam ada selisih yang cukup besar, padahal saat itu Antam tidak menerapkan diskon” jelas Kuntadi
