Salah satu strategi yang dilakukan adalah mendorong kerjasama dengan developer besar yang membesut proyek bagi segmentasi menegah atas.
Senior Vice President (SVP) Non-Subsidized Mortgage and Personal Lending Division PT Bank Tabungan Negara Tbk, Mochamad Yut Penta mengungkapkan, potensi pembiayaan KPR Rp 1 miliar ke atas masih sangat besar.
“Kami ingin meningkatkan penguasaan pasar (market share) non subsidi. Untuk itu, kami menggencarkan kolaborasi dengan developer papan atas. Antara lain, hari ini menandatangani Perjanjian Kerjasama dengan PT Perintis Triniti Properti Tbk,” ungkapnya, usai PKS di Marketing Gallery Sequoia Hills Sentul, Bogor, Kamis, 19 Oktober 2023.
Strategi lain, lanjut Penta, belum lama ini Bank BTN juga meresmikan Sales Center KPR di Jakarta. Sales Center ini dikhususkan untuk melayani penyaluran KPR segmen emerging affluent.
“Sales Center KPR merupakan bagian dari transformasi expand to new business area. Di sini, selain menawarkan suku bunga kredit rendah dan kompetitif mulai dari 2,99%,” jelasnya.
Bukan itu saja, imbuh Penta, Sales Center KPR menawarkan gimmick menarik, diskon biaya pra realisasi, dan memberikan Priority Lane serta Dedicated Processing Person. “Sehingga berkas developer menjadi prioritas untuk diproses terlebih dahulu dengan service level agreement (SLA) yang lebih cepat,” ujar Penta.
