Okki mengatakan, BNI juga ikut berpartisipasi meningkatkan ekonomi kreatif yang produktif, mandiri, kompetitif, ramah lingkungan dan berkesinambungan dengan membina UMKM daun kelor di Nusa Tenggara Timur, kolang kaling di Semarang, produk olahan singkong di Bogor, tenun sulam Pesawaran di Lampung juga bengkel motor untuk difabel di Jakarta.
Melalui Xpora, kata Okki, BNI memperkuat perannya dalam mendukung perkembangan UMKM di Indonesia. Pelaku UMKM bisa memanfaatkan digital portal Xpora untuk meningkatkan kapasitas bisnis.
