Brantas Abipraya membangun Rumah Sakit Unit Pelayanan Terpadu Vertikal di Papua. RS UPT Vertikal yang mulai dibangun September ini berlokasi di Universitas Cendrawasih Abepura di Kota Jayapura, Provinsi Papua ditargetkan tuntas pada November 2024.
“Dalam pengerjaannya kami menerapkan teknologi Building Information Modelling (BIM) pada pekerjaan struktur untuk mempercepat pelaksanaannya dan rampung dengan mutu terbaik,” ujar Purnomo, Direktur Operasi II Brantas Abipraya.

Lebih lanjut, Purnomo menjelaskan bahwa kontruksi bangunan RS Vertikal, terbagi tiga bagian, diantaranya Gedung A terdiri dari empat lantai, kemudian gedung B delapan lantai, sementara gedung C di bagian belakang hanya dua lantai.
Sedangkan untuk ruang lingkup pekerjaan BUMN konstruksi ini selain Gedung A, B dan C juga mengerjakan Gedung Selasar, Bangunan Penunjang, Utilitas MEP, Infrastruktur dan Landscape dengan luas lahan 42.962 meter persegi.
Adapun masing-masing luas bangunan tiap gedung diantaranya Gedung A dengan luas bangunan 27.553 meter persegi, Gedung B dengan luas bangunan 18.703 meter persegi dan 1.750 meter persegi untuk luas bangunan di Gedung C.
