Pengawasan minuman beralkohol memusnahkan lebih dari 50 ribu botol minuman beralkohol senilai Rp6,5 miliar.

Sementara itu, pengawasan dan pemeriksaan tata niaga impor setelah melalui kawasan pabean (post border) mendapati lima importir untuk lima jenis produk lainnya melakukan jenis pelanggaran antara lain tidak adanya izin tipe, tidak adanya Laporan Surveyor (LS), maupun tidak adanya Nomor Pendaftaran Barang (NPB).
Jenis produk yang dimusnahkan tersebut ada 565 unit senilai Rp500 juta.Pelanggaran pengawasan post borderyang ditemukan tersebut merupakan hasil pemeriksaan dan pengawasan dalam kurun waktu Januari—Agustus2023 di wilayah kerja BPTN Makassar.
Dirjen Perlindungan Konsumen dan Tertib Niaga Kemendag Moga Simatupang menambahkan, pemusnahan yang digelar hari ini bertujuan memberi efek jera bagi pelaku usaha yang tidak tertib. Ia mengatakan, pelaku usaha saat ini dapat mengurus izin-izin yang dibutuhkan karena pelayanan perizinan saat ini mudah.
