URBANCITY.CO.ID – PLN Icon Plus, Subholding Beyond kWh dari PLN, melalui salah satu unitnya, yakni Strategic Busines Unit (SBU) Regional Jakarta dan Banten melakukan kegiatan patroli secara rutin untuk mengamankan aset jaringan listrik milik PLN.
Kegiatan pengamanan dan juga penertiban ini khusus dilakukan PLN Icon Plus terhadap kabel fiber optic tidak berizin yang terpasang di aset jaringan tiang listrik milik PLN.
Senior Manager PLN Icon Plus SBU Regional Jakarta dan Banten, Enrico H. Batubara, menyampaikan bahwa upaya patroli pengamanan aset seperti yang dilakukan di kawasan Andara, Jakarta Selatan pada Kamis (21/9), dimaksudkan guna menjaga keberlanjutan dan keamanan infrastruktur jaringan telekomunikasi di wilayah Jakarta dan Banten di jaringan milik PLN.

“Petugas patroli kami dilapangan di sekitar kawasan Andara, Jakarta Selatan menemukan banyaknya kabel fiber optic ilegal yang terpasang tanpa izin di tiang-tiang listrik milik PLN. Hal ini dapat mengganggu fungsi dan kinerja jaringan listrik milik PLN yang ada” ujar Enrico.
Untuk itu, PLN Icon Plus Jakarta dan Banten akan menghubungi para pemilik jaringan fiber optic tidak berizin yang menggunakan tiang aset milik PLN untuk segera menurunkan sendiri kabel miliknya.
“Kami akan menghubungi pihak yang menggunakan aset milik PLN tanpa ijin. Jika pemberitahuan ini tidak ada tindak lanjut, maka kami bersama dengan pihak berwenang akan melakukan penertiban kabel fiber optic ilegal tanpa izin yang ada di tiang listrik milik PLN. Penertiban harus dilakukan selain untuk keamanan operasional dan menjaga estetika. Kami juga sekaligus mencegah kerugian yang lebih besar yang mungkin dapat terjadi. Kami ingin mencegah potensi yang mungkin membahayakan masyarakat sekitar jaringan jika dibiarkan” tambah Enrico.
