URBANCITY.CO.ID – Wakil ketua Dewan Perwakilan Daerah (DPD) RI Sultan B Najamudin meminta Pemerintah untuk mengevaluasi kembali skema pemberian insentif fiskal atau Reward kepada daerah dalam program penurunan angka stunting.
Menurutnya, agenda penurunan stanting merupakan tugas dan tanggung jawab semua pihak khususnya pemerintah pusat dan daerah. Insentif fiskal penurunan stanting harus diberikan berdasarkan persentase penurunan dan kualitas atau inovasi program intervensi stanting di setiap daerah.
“Pemerintah sudah menggelontorkan anggaran yang cukup besar untuk penanggulangan stunting. Jangan sampai program yang penting dan mendesak ini hanya dijadikan ajang untuk mendapatkan anggaran oleh pemerintah daerah”, ujar Sultan melalui keterangan resminya pada Selasa (21/11).

Mantan wakil gubernur Bengkulu itu mengungkapkan bahwa Per September 2023, realisasi 30 Triliun anggaran stanting oleh pemerintah sudah mencapai Rp 22,5 triliun atau 74,9 persen. Sementara anggaran stunting APBD yang mencapai Rp 19,92 triliun hanya terealisasi sebesar Rp 4,63 triliun.
“Artinya terjadi kemandekan realisasi belanja stanting di level daerah. Pemda dan pemerintah desa tidak boleh hanya mengharapkan anggaran pemerintah pusat dalam proses penanganan stanting”, tegasnya.
Pemerintah daerah, kata Sultan, harus memiliki atensi serius dan inovasi kebijakan intervensi stanting. Insentif fiskal tidak hanya dianggap sebagai penghargaan tapi juga merupakan legacy kepemimpinan nasional dan daerah.
