URBANCITY.CO.ID – Gedung perkantoran dan hotel yang dikembangkan oleh Galeon Group dalam kawasan Thamrin Nine ini berdiri setinggi 385 meter. Ini mencapai 3 kali lipat dari ketinggian Monumen Nasional (Monas), sebagai ikon Ibukota Jakarta. Bahkan, Autograph diklaim sebagai gedung tertinggi di seluruh belahan bumi bagian Selatan.
Sebelumnya, dalam kawasan yang sama pengembang Galeon Group juga berhasil membangun Luminary Tower setinggi 305 meter. Dengan begitu, Luminary Tower menjadi gedung tertinggi kedua di Indonesia, setelah Autograph Tower.
President Director PT Putragaya Wahana (Galeon Group), Alvin Gozali mengungkapkan, baik Autograph maupun Luminary Tower merupakan gedung supertall pertama di Indonesia, yang diklasifikasikan sebagai gedung dengan tinggi lebih dari 300 meter.
“Terbaru, Autograph Tower akan menyambut dek observasi modern dan sky garden milik swasta pertama di Indonesia,” ungkapnya di Jakarta, Sabtu (9/9/2023).
Alvin berharap, Thamrin Nine menjadi landmark baru di Indonesia dan menjadi tujuan wisata lokal dan internasional di Jakarta. Penghargaan MURI ini akan mengukuhkan Autograph Tower di mata masyarakat dan meningkatkan status Indonesia di tingkat dunia.
“Rekor MURI ini merupakan simbol pencapaian kami. Semoga ini dapat menandakan pertumbuhan dan kemajuan Indonesia di mata dunia, dan membantu menarik lebih banyak investasi asing ke Indonesia,” jelas Alvin.
Head of Marketing Galeon Group, Anggun Melati, menjelaskan untuk merayakan penganugerahan rekor MURI yang diraih Autograph Tower sebagai Gedung Tertinggi di Indonesia, pihaknya sengaja menggelar acara bertajuk “9Fest”. Gelaran ini diperkenalkan sebagai acara tahunan komplek Transit Oriented Development (TOD) bergengsi di Kota Jakarta.
