URBANCITY.CO.ID – Kecamatan Setu di bagian selatan Kabupaten Bekasi akan menjadi sentra baru pertumbuhan real estate, menyusul dibangunnya jalan tol JORR 2 Cimanggis (tol Jagorawi)-Cibitung (jalan tol Jakarta-Cikampek) atau Cimaci.
Hal itu dikatakan Ali Tranghanda, Direktur Eksekutif Indonesia Property Watch (IPW), saat berbicara di acara soft launching proyek perumahan baru Mustika Garden Tamansari (25 ha) di Setu, Bekasi, Jawa Barat, beberapa hari lalu.
Jalan tol lingkar luar Jakarta atau Jakarta Outer Ring Road 2 (JORR 2) melingkari megapolitan Jabodetabek sepanjang 111 km, mulai dari Cengkareng (Bandara Soekarno Hatta), Kunciran, Serpong, Cinere, Cimanggis, Cibitung, Cilincing, hingga Tanjung Priok.
Menteri Pekerjaan Umum dan Perumahan Rakyat (PUPR) Basuki Hadimulyono saat peresmian jalan tol seksi Pamulang-Cinere-Raya Bogor (bagian dari tol JORR 2 Cinere-Serpong dan Cinere-Jagorawi), Senin (8/1/2024), menyatakan, seluruh ruas tol JORR 2 akan rampung akhir Maret tahun ini.
“Ruas JORR 2 yang masih dalam tahap penyelesaian adalah tol Cimanggis-Cibitung seksi 2B Cikeas-Cibitung (19,65 km). Kita targetkan Maret 2024 ini sudah rampung,” katanya.
Menurut Ali Tranghanda, di wilayah Bekasi (kota dan kabupaten), ada tiga pusat pertumbuhan real estate. Yaitu, Kota Bekasi, Cikarang, dan Setu. Dua wilayah pertama lebih dulu menjadi pusat pertumbuhan karena ditopang akses jalan tol yang baik, ditambah jalur kereta (KRL dan kemudian juga LRT).
